I recently switched my site to a new server. A few files were lost in the process, so there may be some missing files for the time being. I apologize for this inconvenience.

Today is our first day here in Beijing China for the Good Luck Invit.  This Competition is also known as a test event.  I am not sure how much access I will have to the internet.  I will give updates as much as possible.  So far we have had a long flight, and checked in to the hotel.  So check back for updates on my trip to Beijing for the Good Luck Invit.

Welcome all to my blog.  I am currently in Rio, Brazil preparing to compete in the Pan American Games.  We have internet access, so I will update often throughout the week.  So far we spent a day in Washington D.C. for processing, and one night here in Rio.  The village is really nice. We have our own appartments, and pool.  The USOC has done a great job with preparations for the village.  We got to see the arena, which is awesome, and we got to train once.  Overall everything is going well, and it is extreamly beautiful here.  I will post some pics here soon.
